Add VENDOR to SourceType. HDMI 2.0/FRL fill TMDS1204 PCB numbers as VENDOR RECOMMENDED; TMDS1204-specific skew/vias/data_rate/SIGDET stay PHY_DEPENDENT. HDMI 1.4 TMDS remains UNKNOWN. Not HDMI Forum STANDARD.
