Stamp 2.51.0 after native app leftover rewrite.

Settings, FastAPI entry, worker, and leftover routers now resolve from
src. Auth router and JWT middleware are unchanged.

Inherited copies stay on disk. `routers/auth.py` is unchanged. JWT middleware remains leftover. Inherited copies stay on disk. Live path is still `job_workspace` / `datasheet_extract` / `review_session`. Auth untouched. Pad≠Via unchanged.
