Cable 100 Ω / 100 m / 570 ns / 50 ns skew stay CABLE. MDI 16 dB and 0.67 V are PHY. L2 PCB Zdiff UNKNOWN. 1000BASE-X 1000 Mb/s from Clause 36.

michele 421f659054 Fill Type-C VBUS and CC holes from CabCon R2.5 and R2.0 (2.76.0). 
R2.5 keeps Rp/Rd/Ra, charger 4.75/4.0 V, zOPEN, tCCDebounce, tVBUSON.
R2.0 August 2019 Table 4-32 fills Source CC shall-detect only. vSafe5V stays UNKNOWN.

michele c4cd046ea9 Fill USB 2.0 Rev 2.0 and Type-C CabCon R2.5 numbers (2.75.0). 
LS/FS rates, pull-up/down, and VBUS come from the base spec. Cable Z0 90 ohm is CABLE; PCB should 90 ohm is RECOMMENDED. L2 differential_impedance stays UNKNOWN. Rp/Rd/Ra from CabCon Tables 4-27/28/29. IEEE Section One/Three and HDMI still missing. PDFs not in git.
