Persist recovered ferrite Z by comparing against the raw JSON.

ComponentModel validation already fills impedance from quoted ohm@freq, so snapshotting the in-memory specs skipped the write.

graph_build searches project uploads and library blob refs, persists recovered Z, and still loads when the PDF has no impedance. Ohms are not written to henries.

Missing Z is optional, not invented. graph_build skips bad models
instead of aborting. Other inductors still require value_henries.
