michele 72bcab50a1 Fill ferrite bead impedance from the MPN datasheet PDF. 
graph_build searches project uploads and library blob refs, persists recovered Z, and still loads when the PDF has no impedance. Ohms are not written to henries.

michele 8040686e8b Allow ferrite beads without impedance_ohm to load. 
Missing Z is optional, not invented. graph_build skips bad models
instead of aborting. Other inductors still require value_henries.
