michele bd3a6fd009 Gate interface certifiers to connectors on this board (2.61.2). 
USB-C/RJ45/PoE/DDR3 are the method, not a catalog. No connector means
no finding. Bare RJ45 is Ethernet only; PoE needs PoE evidence. HubAudio
has USB-C and PoE MagJack, not DDR. Skip-I unchanged.

michele 6dc04b5cc7 Add USB-C, Ethernet, and PoE interface class certifiers (2.61.0). 
Dedicated deterministic engines certify class and connection integrity
(CC1/CC2, Rd 5.1 kΩ, VBUS/GND, SuperSpeed if USB3; 10/100 vs GbE
magnetics; PoE only with evidence). Missing evidence is INSUFFICIENT
or N/A, never invented PoE, SuperSpeed, Z, or I. No FEM, no via IPC.

michele 7a32c552bb Stamp 2.60.0 incomplete PCB exam and owner project delete. 
Partial layouts still use MODE=pcb. Missing copper is INSUFFICIENT or
skipped, never Euclidean stand-in tracks. Via≠Pad unchanged. DELETE
/api/projects/{id} is owner-only with a dashboard confirm dialog.

michele c362ef8a56 Split native Periscope (periscope/src) from inherited PinScope (periscope/dependency). 
Keep validate.py and the finding engine as-is. AGPL LICENSE stays at the repo root.
Docker overlays dependency then src. Do not delete the inherited tree.

michele f63c1c3411 Tighten PCB findings: actions, stitch gating, real copper. 
Fill action on every finding and show it in the report. Stitch/return only
on large HS/power nets. Parse stackup thickness, arcs, and vias from the
board. IC courtyard pad copper is not PE-PLC-004 RULE. Recommended RC/cap
stay REVIEW.

michele 16c606ae3d Add MODE=pcb layout exam job with AI and deterministic checks. 
Parallel pcb_status pipeline: parse board, classify domains/groups,
inventory traces, PE-LAY/PLC/SI/DRT checks, per-IC datasheet review.
Findings merge into the report UI. No auto-place or pcbnew write-back.

micheleandCursor 8d2b85600f Rebrand Pinscope to Periscope across product and codebase. 
Rename the core package to periscopex, update UI/docs/Docker/deploy defaults to periscope.michelebigi.it, and keep legacy version/storage key aliases so existing projects keep working.

micheleandCursor 796cd9d8a2 Flag keepout tracks in the courtyard and mark the plan map OK. 
PS-PLC-004 is a foreign net endpoint inside the KiCad courtyard. The lista↔codice table and sprints 0–10+ get an OK column where the hole is closed without invented millimetres.

micheleandCursor 412c32e9b2 Measure crystal load-cap and track path against max_distance_mm. 
X1 uses the same proximity rule as ICs. A detour is shortest path on PCB segments versus that millimetre, not a guessed loop ratio.

micheleandCursor ba2a5c1b29 Warn when same_layer decoupling is on the opposite copper. 
PS-PLC-003 uses the same_layer flag plus F/B layers from the PCB. A via in the courtyard is enough; an unset flag skips.

micheleandCursor 0fafbbbb06 Count thermal vias in the courtyard against min_via_count. 
Skip without courtyard geometry or a numeric count — no pad-radius default. Tests use simple_project plus explicit coordinates as parameters.

micheleandCursor be0fed7979 Add PCB decoupling-proximity check from datasheet layout_rules. 
PS-PLC-001 fires only with a LayoutGraph: 15 mm vs a 2 mm rule is an error, a 1 mm cap is silent, and a null millimetre uses the declared 3 mm default as WARNING.
