michele 4df04df5d4 Make the component library a standalone product door (2.63.0). 
Add /api/library datasheet import and component GET/PUT with no exam.
Reorganize pytest into datasheet, library, schematic, PCB, and AF+AI.
Document Rust criteria (none chosen; no rustup) and coding conformity.

michele a96ee2e88a Stop periscope/src importing PinScope validate.py after live C2 smoke. 
PCB review and src checks use native parse, constraints lookup, and
review_session. Inherited validate.py and validation_tools.py stay in
dependency/.

micheleandCursor 8d2b85600f Rebrand Pinscope to Periscope across product and codebase. 
Rename the core package to periscopex, update UI/docs/Docker/deploy defaults to periscope.michelebigi.it, and keep legacy version/storage key aliases so existing projects keep working.

micheleandCursor 53db287ab4 Verify review quotes against datasheet PDF text and extract ESD Vrwm/polarity. 
ERROR/WARNING without a real citation are demoted to Unverified so invented topologies like a unidirectional TPD2E007 clamp cannot ship as ERROR.
