michele 4df04df5d4 Make the component library a standalone product door (2.63.0). 
Add /api/library datasheet import and component GET/PUT with no exam.
Reorganize pytest into datasheet, library, schematic, PCB, and AF+AI.
Document Rust criteria (none chosen; no rustup) and coding conformity.

michele a0a2f5bdbf Fix DeepSeek-only tests after env file moves to the repo root. 
Give the routing tests a dummy key so they do not require a live .env.

micheleandCursor 8d2b85600f Rebrand Pinscope to Periscope across product and codebase. 
Rename the core package to periscopex, update UI/docs/Docker/deploy defaults to periscope.michelebigi.it, and keep legacy version/storage key aliases so existing projects keep working.

micheleandCursor 3e43bb6ecb Force every LLM stage onto DeepSeek and stop Anthropic Console uploads. 
PROVIDER_*=anthropic and Claude fallbacks now coerce to DeepSeek, skills stay local, and default_model_version bumps without upload_skills.py.
