micheleandClaude Sonnet 5 5aa2eab5aa Fix unresolved 3D model paths in ipc_soic/ipc_capae footprints ...

Model refs were missing the ${KISYS3DMOD} prefix used elsewhere for
KiCad's bundled 3D shape libraries, so check_library.py flagged them
as unresolved.
