Update IS66WVE4M16EBLL-70BLI symbol to newer SamacSys export

Browse Source 
Fixed the Footprint property to point at the registered MIKILAB
nickname (the raw vendor export left it unprefixed). Footprint and
3D model are untouched since geometry is byte-identical to what was
already imported.
